The Teacher is responsible for providing an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth. This person is responsible for organizing and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success in accordance with Angels Care Center policies.
Knowledge and Skill Education, Certifications, and Work Related Experience:
2 years experience in child care
First aid and CPR current
Posses a working knowledge of child development.
Maintain a working relationship with families.
Experience with medical terminology.
Basic computer knowledge. Telephone skills.
Mathematical abilities for general equations.
Independent organizational skills.
Accept responsibility and is self-motivated.
Display effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
Moderate assistance with problem solving and decision making classroom management strategies.
Maintain classroom activities at ACC standards for appropriate center growth.
Identify areas for improvement in documentation, file maintenance, classroom management and general quality assurance.
